Principal Engineer
Connor McWilliams is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 13 years of experience in facility engineering, energy analysis, project development, commissioning, and owner-side technical advisory.
His work has included municipal, education, commercial, healthcare, industrial, and institutional facilities, with experience spanning early facility assessments through project development, implementation support, commissioning, and performance verification.
Connor’s approach emphasizes understanding the problem before prescribing the solution, communicating technical issues clearly, and developing recommendations that make sense both technically and operationally.
